first let me introduce you to UBER

UBER is an app built an organisation to help for easy transportation
it syncs with your GPS(GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM) to get the location of both the passenger and the taxi

how it works

First both passengers and any owner of a vehicle is allowed to register on their site
secondly when a passenger is going out he logs in to his/her account input the destination and sends it
any owner of vehicle around that premises of the passenger gets the notification 
the app uses the gps to get to the passenger's location
after consideration of the location agreed by both parties  the car owner click start on his/her app (to show agreement by both parties)
Getting to the destination the percentage given back to the UBER company pops up on the driver's app.
